Missing parts

Easy and quick to assemble. Cute crib. I put the mattress on the highest level when I first purchased it. As soon as my daughter stood up, I tried lowering it but noticed there are missing anchors and wrong sized screws. I spoke to customer service and they couldn't help me due to the fact that it was purchased more than three months ago.

Absolutely dreadful from start to finish. The mattress spring arrived heavily damaged, but Walmart could not and would not issue a replacement part. Instead I was forced to return the 55 pound product to FedEx so that I could get a refund. Truly HORRIBLE service from Walmart, and terrible quality/packing from Suite Bebe.
