Spicy! Lots of heat 🥵

I used this sausage making red beans and rice and yes I spice it up, but I didn't add any heat and boy was the sausage spicy but very flavorful! It paired very well with the dish. I'd say about a 7 or 8 on the spice scale, so if your not a spicy, heat lover this is not for you, but if you are then BINGO! I think it would pair well with any Cajun dish.
