Arrived with fast shipping and packaged very well. The lid and handle are made of really sturdy plastic that feels solid. The jar is made of thick glass and has measuring marks on the side. High quailty stainless steel filter. nice heavy glass jar. The only weak spot is the cheap plastic handle. Mine has not broken but feels like it could. Therefor whenever I handle a full jug I put one hand underneath the jar for support. Other than that issue this is a great size and a very reasonable price.
