They had sent me one tracking number and the first box came, and then the second box came the next day, so don't panic it too fast like I did . Everything went smooth when we open the box we saw that there was a broken glass. I spoke to them in the already sent me a tracking number for the replacement glass. I had my doubts, but this set is awesome! I had been looking for a great outdoor patio set for a while, nothing too expensive as it is patio furniture .. but also the right size for us. My husband is very tall and even he says this is quite comfortable. The pillows and cushions do not have Velcro to attach but they are weighted and have little bumps to keep them from moving too much. Velcro would be a really easy addition. We are happy and it is holding up nicely
