These chairs are beautiful and affordable. Yes, they are metal but I can't expect to pay a small amount of money and get wood. Wood cost more! This same exact pair of chairs, in wood, are more than double the price. I have small children and didn't want to pay a lot but still have a, modern, boho, Scandinavian, which ever you would like, look. My kids will stain and destroy dinner/breakfast tables. Once my kids are older I'll get something more expensive. For now this is good quality for the price. Out of 4 chairs, 2 feet bottom rubber stoppers/protectors were broken. All 4 chairs had minor scuffs, scratches or flaws, my kids would eventually do it anyways. Again, you can't expect perfect for the price. I contacted customer service. They sent the 2 feet protectors but did not send me the marker to touch up the scuffs. I will try again. The people that complained they are cheap quality or outdoor chairs, should buy the ones that are double the price. Most flaws aren't seen without studying the chairs. Don't let the bad reviews steer you because I almost did the same, unless you want the wooden wishbone chairs. This is what they look like with a round table but we purchased a rectangular table. These match my minimalist great room so well! Although I was looking for a wood chair, you can't even tell they are metal because of the realistic wood grain. These paired well with the better home %26 garden bryant table in pine (pictured). Definitely worth the price %26 very comfy. I also appreciate the fact that you can lean back and have arm rest, without being bulky. The design is attractive and the wishbone detail is stunning.
