It's more of a white sauce than an Alfredo Sauce... but i like it nevertheless. Elderly and single now so i cook for one...its more than i can eat in a sitting and to much leftovers to keep so i learned to portion it out in silicone trays and freeze it...just pluck on out when i need it...a zap in the micro wave and whatever the dish is for dinner is ready. I label it White Sauce.....if i want Alfredo....i'll make it the correct way...Butter, Parmesan Cheese melted together and add precooked fettuccine and Voila... it's done! "Fettuccine al burro"
