Shocked at how well this worked. Have used these in the past with just ok results. So haven't bought for several years. Not sure why the difference this time, but HUGE HELP. My 1-10 pain scale is measured as 1=paper cut(least painful) %26 10=breaking my elbow a few years ago(worst pain ever experienced). Yesterday had to be out most of the day with sore knee - pain about 5. With this patch it went down to about a 2-ish. Stayed on all day. Pain relief lasted the entire 6 hours I was out and about, plus about 2 hours after I got home. Granted, today I think it hurts more than it might have bc I did more than I would have without the patch. :) But worth it.

Not as good as my 5% prescription Patch but a great buy. Prescription patch has a better delivery system that lasts for a least 12 hours where this starts to taper off after 6-8 hours. But the prescription patch runs about $7.50 per patch compared to about $1.60
