i will put 1 on wherever i hurt @ end of the day before i go to bed %26 when i wake up i feel much better than i did when i went to sleep. they say they are good for 8 hours but i keep it on for the rest of the day as well. i have put it on in the middle of the day %26 i can feel it helping to alleviate my pain. they wear wonderfully because they stay put but don't bother my skin. i have trouble w/some adhesives sometimes but i have never had any trouble with these patches leaving any marks or breaking out my skin. i have 1 complaint: i can't put tgem on my back myself, i have to get my mom to put them on my back. thats my ONLY complaint.

I have had 2 neck surgeries a back surgery and multiple falls on my knee. I use this patch daily. On lower back and knee. I can recommend these because I have tried so many others.
