Food of the Ancient Aztecs.

They're not going to be like the homemade beans you soak after it's been dried up. These are ready to cook or eat. I'd rinse them off first cause a few times,.. I found little rocks. Best way to fix them is rinse with purifed cold water for a few minutes until the water is clear. Spray with Apple cider vinegar and rinse again, or "cook" with whatever spices tickles your fancy. Great source of fiber and protein, it's a Peruvian %26 Aztec staple. Something like that,...it was popular in Ancient South America.
