Equipped with a high-precision humidity sensor, it automatically turns the exhaust fan ON when humidity rises above your preset level and turns it OFF once moisture normalizes—effectively preventing mold and keeping your space dry—while the built-in timer allows for convenient hands-free operation. This 3-function switch (1 fan + 2 light controls) works with most standard bathroom exhaust fans and lighting fixtures, making it perfect for bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and spas. You can choose from 5 humidity levels and 5 timer durations, or switch to manual mode whenever you prefer, and since it is designed to fit most standard wall boxes, installation is straightforward. It comes with detailed instructions, a 3-year warranty, and 24/7 customer support.

  • FLEXIBLE SETTINGS: Customize your ventilation with 5 adjustable humidity levels (50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%) and 5 timer durations (5, 15, 30, 45, 60 min). Easily bypass the sensor by manually turning the switch ON/OFF.

Works well

It was easy to install and the instruction was straightforward. The built quality is good and so far i dont have any issue with the product as i had a compatible exhaust fan/ light. You can also switch it between manual and automatic mode. There is no issue in sensing the humidity. Really happy with the product

The best for the cheapest!

This switch is awesome! It comes with a good looking white faceplate, which I don't think is mentioned in the listing. I have a 3-gang box, so had to buy a separate faceplate. Installation was easy, as the switch comes with short wires already attached to the control. 3 separate functions! Fan, light, and night light. I have switches for the light and no "night light" in my bathroom, so I just capped those lines with the included twist on insulator caps (wire nuts). It has multiple mode selections, and I have mine set to turn on when the humidity exceeds a pct value, and a timer so that when I manually turn it on, it turns off after about 20 minutes. No more forgetting the dang fan on! Electricity savings, sanity savings. This is a great product with clear instructions and nice packaging. I'd recommend this to anyone. Other similar switches are extremely, prohibitively expensive. This gets the job done on a budget.
