I love how well it cooks and that it keeps all of the steam inside of the pot allowing the food to be extra moist, tender and full of flavor. I would most definitely recommend this product.

All the benefits of Cast Iron in a Dutch Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my cast iron skillet, and use it almost daily. I never even imagined a cast iron dutch oven! This thing does a great job. Whenever I cook soups or stews, I am able to perfectly brown the meat and vegetables before I add broth in this pot. It heats up beautifully and has all the benefits of cast iron, now in a dutch oven form. This has pot has become a staple in my house. It's a nice thick cast iron that cleans up easily and is not too heavy to lift.
