Works well on keeping my posture straighter. I tend to slouch due to a large chest. As I get older, my chest gets heavier…no fun at all I wish the shoulder area was more adjustable since it tends to dig in a bit under the arms the longer you wear it but, overall, if you take it off and put it on again, it readjusts to fit better. It is not too bulky and can be worn over thinner clothes as well as under sweaters, sweatshirts, etc. not sure if it is hot during summer, haven't had it long enough

Great product, exactly like the picture. I am 5'1" and weight 115, I originally ordered a size M, It was way too big, I reordered a size small and it fits perfectly. It is very well made.
