Warranty

Warranty information

Our tires come with standard MANUFACTURER MILEAGE WARRANTY. Please visit the corresponding manufacturer websites for MILEAGE WARRANTY details. Our company also offer 30 Days Warranty against manufacturer defects. Before we can issue a refund/replacement, we have to receive your return for inspection. Warranty would be voided if physical damages were found due to nails, tire impacts, installer damages or punctures due to reckless driving. Signs of modifications, stretched tires, treadwear unevenness due to bad alignment and rotations would also void the warranty. If the tires have been mounted or used, a receipt and contact information of the tire shop will be required.

Please be aware that the warranty terms on items offered for sale by third party Marketplace sellers may differ from those displayed in this section (if any). To confirm warranty terms on an item offered for sale by a third party Marketplace seller, please use the 'Contact seller' feature on the third party Marketplace seller's information page and request the item's warranty terms prior to purchase.

Sold open product

The seller sold an open product at the MSRP cost. I inspected the box when we received and didn't realize they opened the BOTTOM of the box as they hadn't damaged it at all. When I opened it, the cards were loaded into what appears to be a wax paper sleeve (not even fully wrapped). They has also clearly been handled/played with. We did recieve all the cards, and the booster pack. So I would recommend the product itself, but NOT this seller.
