Product Description
Hydraulic Cushioned Descent Folding Attic Ladder
Say goodbye to the worry of sudden ladder drops. The cushioned descent provides unprecedented safety, while the aluminum alloy and 350lb weight capacity ensure peace of mind. The ladder closes in one step with the help of the pull hook and pull rod.
Easy Installation
With a 63"x 22.5" opening size and two installation heights of 9.5-10.2ft / 11.2-12ft, it suits various spaces and homes, and installation only requires three simple steps.
Customize the Ideal Height
If the height is not suitable, you can use two 11.8" support legs for assembly. If the ladder is too long, you can calculate and trim it to your desired length. We provide non-slip foot pads for your convenience.
Versatile Usage
In addition to attic storage, the folding attic ladder can be used for routine roof maintenance or matched to your home decor style.
Sturdy Accessories
The adjustable aluminum support legs, stainless steel pull rod, and stainless steel pull hook are corrosion-resistant and durable, ensuring a long lifespan to assist you with daily attic ladder use.
Hydraulic Cushioned Descent
Unique hydraulic cushioned descent design automatically provides a safe descent, avoiding sudden drops. During closure, the hydraulic system makes it easier to achieve a tight closure.
Concealed Door Panel
The thermally insulated door panel functions like a solid attic door. A little paint for decoration, and it will perfectly blend in when closed, offering a more spacious room view and solving the attic access issue.

Great ladder for the coat
This is the best deal for a metal attic ladder for taller ceilings. Other options were double to triple the cost. This ladder came fully assembled. It was heavy to lift and put into place, but overall I'm very pleased with this ladder

Best price and reviews
Came well packed considering the weight. No dents anywhere including the wood door surface and corners. Very nice adjustable length pull down rod. Probably not reaaly necessary if you attach a pull down cord like most people do, but this is a nice option. Includes very heavy duty screw bolts to install with.
