Wow! Is all I can say. I originally bought this to try on a skin tag on my face. I've noticed an improvement last night. I used it on my knees for the arthritis pain that I've had every day for two years and I also used it on my hands. I have osteoarthritis pain in my hands every day for years. Within minutes, the pain in my knees went away this morning. The pain in my knees is still gone. I can tell there's still a hint of discomfort in the background, but I'm not feeling the pain my hands the discomfort is still there, but the pain has eased up to a manageable, comfort level . I am really amazed by this. I rubbed it in my navel and went to sleep last night and woke up with a full bowel movement. I don't know if it had anything to do with the organic castor oil, but I have been chronically constipated for years. I'm not a doctor. I'm not claiming that this is working for everyone.
