Great addition to my kitchen

Love the pan. Would love to see you include a lid or even an option to purchase a lid separately. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice. I was able to find one that was compatible. This pan cooks very evenly and the non stick is excellent. I cook often on it and my cooking style ranges from everyday fried and scrambled eggs to skillet style jambalaya dishes. I have seared large cuts of meat, browned chicken, cooked sausage, andouille, pan fried fish, sautéed vegetables you name it and the clean up is a breeze. I love how I can go from stove top to oven and wipe it clean, rinse it clean, no scrubbing and hang it on the pot rack until next time and it is an attractive addition in my kitchen as well. Very nice!
