Multiple storage areas, outside pockets, shoulder strap, handstraps that velcro together, it's well insurated ... all great features. I would change only one thing. Stagger the zippers to go in opposite directions for easier use. My work has 2 fridges but we also have food thieves. This lunch bag lets me bring my lunch and keep it at my desk with small ice packs.
