Not reliable

I used it for 2 weeks then after 2 weeks it started to automatically reboot and was stuck in a reboot cycle then I tried swapping the RAM and it would still restart and same with PSU and SSD but bios was stable and wouldn't restart in bios but when I try to load windows then it automatically restarts and keeps doing that I tried everything turns out it is the vrms of the motherboard or the solder pins itself which are causing the power delivery to flicker restarts so overall not reliable
