Excellent UltraWide Monitor for Productivity

I've been using my new LG UltraWide monitor for work, and it has made a noticeable difference to my efficiency. The extra screen space allows me to view multiple documents and applications side‑by‑side without constantly switching windows, which has improved both my workflow and comfort. The display is clear, smooth, and easy on the eyes during long work sessions. Overall, it's a great upgrade that genuinely helps me work more efficiently and stay organised.

On sale it's amazing, at MSRP there's competition.

It's the best monitor I've ever owned out of maybe 10 or so over the years. HDR mode colors aren't as distinctive as I hoped (blue and purple look the same) but I still haven't dialed in every setting yet. It's bright out of the box, no problem in a well lit area. Only issue was it wouldn't boot with a PCIE USB addon card installed, just a cursor in the upper left. If you run into that, try booting without any USB devices plugged in just to help narrow it down. This is for the person who doesn't want two monitors and work on two documents or edit images side by side. For gaming it's epic like Destiny 2 and Neverwinter Nights, set the FOV to the max in any game to get the full impact and accurate aiming. It's extra pixels to push, so plan on a 35 percent performance hit, still better than the 78% of going from 2k to 4k. Put your game render resolution to 135% to simulate how it'll play on a extra wide monitor, usually 20FPS penalty. I'm using a humble undervolted AMD 6700 video card and at 90FPS in Destiny 2 with dips down to 74fps in massive fights with all details set to max. For work, having two browsers side by side is really useful, and editing photos with the original on screen helps see the differences. I've had VA monitors for years, and for photos this is so realistic, colors and details are amazing. I'll tweak the HDR mode, but for now leaving it off since it's just so good out of the box (had to turn the brightness down, but that's it).

Good VA Minitor

Fantastic monitor for gaming honestly. I had my doubts given its a VA panel but mine has been flawless.
