I have used plenty of wrap slings being a nanny for many years. I love that this is adjustable and has the extra support band for baby. The directions were a bit complicated but just look at the photos to figure it out. I received a M, which I didn't even know it was sized. I didn't open this baby wrap carrier yet because it was a gift for my sister as she is having a baby. Either way, what's not to love about it. It is made from organic cotton that is soft of our babies skin. It stretches nicely. It has an adjustable sling to help the mom adjust it as she like and this is a big plus. Another big plus for me and my sister is the comfortable wide back. I loved it %26 that is why I bought it %26 she loves it. She can't wait to use it. For a first time mom, this is great for her as she always wants to have her baby near her and this will make it easy to carry her baby %26 do things. Now, another thing I liked is that this baby wrap grows with the baby. From newborn, to infant, to toddler. So, I think it is a great gift for any mom if they have a small baby.
