The texture is so so so good. It dissolved almost instantly with just a frother no constant mixing up. Despite the salt content, its not salty at all. No shaking, no clumps! Excellent product for my purpose of maintaining high protein intake. I actually prefer the Syntrax Matrix when on rollback sale as it is a combo of casein and whey for both quick and slow release but the Micellar casein is just fine too at better price point. I used to brand jump but now consistently purchase this brand.

Better priced casein - Good flavor too!

Casein powder protein is becoming tough to find, and when you do find it its like $50 a tub. This stuff is cheaper and quality is great. Price can be a bit tough depending on the source walmart has it the cheapest so ive bought 2 bags 1 of chocolate and one of vanilla.
