Less than satisfied at this point - awaiting follow up
Appropriately, the table came in 3 boxes; the top, the base, and the pole to connect those. Inappropriately, there were no instructions included and the top appears to be finished on both sides, with no indication as to where or how to attach it to the center pole. I both emailed and called hayneedle over the weekend. Understandably, they were not able to provide help, as the person searched for directions from the manufacturer, but could find none. I was promised that person would follow up with the manufacturer to get directions and forward those to me on Monday or Tuesday. As it is only Monday morning, I am waiting to see if directions come. The problem is not the fault of hayneedle, but with the manufacturer. None-the-less, as the 'middle man' I can only comment about hayneedle's involvement
