I would buy this table again. well worth the money
The table came in 3 boxes. No instructions, but putting it together is a ""no brainer"". The tabletop could be packed a little better, as it came damaged on one end. hopefully customer service will replace the top?

Decent product but not thrilled with experience
Product itself looks very good. Quite a few drawbacks though. First, shipping nightmare. Not sure if that was on the manufacturer end or FedEx but terrible. Order came in 4 boxes over the course of 2 days. Second, both plates on pedestal arrived with bent corners on one or more of the plates which needed to be bent back into place. One of the three corners I could understand as package was damaged (probably shipping) but the other two corners were well protected and therefore looks like manufacturer sent out damaged goods. Third, the table top came as a double sided top, which I originally thought was a nice touch. Then you come to the realization that there are no markings for where to apply screws to attach plate of pedestal to top and no directions as to where the ultimate weight distribution points may be to maximize stability.

Bad experience-1st time customer
Received a damaged item 2 weeks ago, and still trying to get this item replaced. They could not replace the damaged top, so had to have the entire item (3 boxes) ordered again, and to date, only received 2 boxes, and of course, the tabletop has not come or been shipped. I have 2 charges against my credit card plus interest, and no item. I am a first time customer and even though customer service said they would call and keep me posted, no call. I have spent many minutes on hold waiting for answers, and still nothing. VERY UNHAPPY!!
