I began using these pills in October 2023 and they curved my appetite, helped my nails grow, gave me more frequent bowel movements and helped me lose weight. I went from a size 16 to a 10. I can't get smaller than that, probably due to been big boned, but i continue to use them for the collagen benefits and to maintain my weight.
