Collagen that helps with weight loss.

I began using these pills in October 2023 and they curved my appetite, helped my nails grow, gave me more frequent bowel movements and helped me lose weight. I went from a size 16 to a 10. I can't get smaller than that, probably due to been big boned, but i continue to use them for the collagen benefits and to maintain my weight. I have maintained the weight for 2y, at the age of 45, and my stomach shrunk because I still get full easily. It has caffeine but I don't feel jittery and as a non coffee drinker it helps me keep going during the day.

I like this stuff. My skin and nails look better. My hair is growing like crazy. Weight loss wise, it only works when I exercise. It is good, but not magical. Best for me if I take 2 pills 2x per day.
