Overall, very happy. The delivery was made a day earlier than originally expected. I needed to revise my plans to be at the delivery location when the delivery was made. The product was very well packaged. There were a very small number of damages to the corners of some of the panels. When the shelving was put together, these damages are not visible unless someone was looking for them. Overall, I would say 100% satisfied with the experience and looking forward to years of enjoying the ambiance that the fireplace will provide in our home.
