keeps spine straight %26 shoulders back

this posture corrector works great. the first day I wore it for half an hour and I was sore the next day. definitely have to work up to a longer time frame. helps keep spine straight and shoulders back, I really like the adjustibility. you don't have to take the whole device off to adjust shoulder straps or waist. also the compression feels good on my stomach.
