Love this mat
This foldable easy to carry and easy to store exercise mat is the perfect yoga/exercise/gymnastics mat for me and my daughter. What I love most about this particular mat is the thickness and comfort of it. I am able to easily and comfortably complete my daily and weekly exercise needs and stretches instead of being subjected to my wood floor with a thin rug which causes pain. My 7 year old daughter also loves this mat as she can use it to practice for her gymnastics class by doing handstands, somersaults, etc. whereas she was physically unable to do those things in our wood floor house. I also love I can easily fold it and store it out of the way or take it with us in the car if needed. This mat has tilt been life changing for us for the better.
