Awful quality…hopefully just a fluke

I think this was a defective roll. I've never had a problem getting htv adhering but this would not stick to anything. Part of a word would stick and the other part would fall completely off. It's like the “sticky” just disintegrated. I had to scrap the project and buy all new.
