i like yogurt ! this one is very testy . since i discover it i eat it every day with every food. it help me with digestion and send me to the bathroom every morning, did not fail yet. so i keep eating it. so if you have issue going to the bathroom. i advice you to check this yogurt.

Best Breakfast Yogurt!

Greek God is my favorite brand of Greek Yogurt. The probiotic values are off the charts. I generally mix the plain with a little raw honey and fresh fruit for breakfast. Wonderful way to start your day, I think Greek yogurt is my favorite healthy food! Its like having a treat for breakfast!
