The material had a plastic look and feel. Not of good quality. If you are not familiar with good quality faux leather this might have worked for you but I have several items that are and this one just doesn't measure up.

I was so excited to buy this jacket..I loved how the wine color looked different from the usual bright red used in leather and faux leather jackets and I liked that it wasn't the usual tough looking black moto style leather jacket. I had to save a little to buy it as $34 is a lot for me to spend right now on just one item for myself that is more for fashion than strict necessity. I loved it so much though that I finally did buy it. The price went down a lot right after I purchased it but the seller would not grant a price adjustment which was a little upsetting but I liked the jacket so much I didn't let it bother me. I had to wait nearly a month for it to finally be delivered and I was so upset when I opened the package. What I received is a terrible imitation of the jacket shown in the listing and not the same jacket at all. There are no snaps to keep the top lapel part folded in place like the jacket in the listing has. The color also looks nothing like the pretty dark wine reddish color pictured in the listing. As if that wasn't bad enough the size is absolutely not a size Small and the jacket came with absolutely no label on the inside showing the brand name, "Made In------"info, material info and the usual wash or dry clean only instructions. There was only a small hand stitched plain white piece of material that simply had the letter "S" printed on it. The jacket is not cropped at all like the listing title states and instead is more like a long blazer that falls past my hips. It is huge and nothing like the cute cropped slim fitting jacket pictured despite that I ordered a size Small. I think the label it came with was purposely removed so that the plain letter "S" could be sewn on to the inside to make it appear as if the jacket is a size Small (I once ordered 2 pairs of pants from another seller on a different site and noticed one fit better than the other though both were supposed to be the same size..it was then I noticed that the pair that fit a bit looser was missing the size label and I realized it had been deliberately cut off of the pants in the hopes that I wouldn't notice that one pair was not the size I purchased. Now that I've had a similar incident happen yet again I now feel I need to confirm what exactly I will recieve before I purchase anything from any 3rd party sellers (they will complain that I'm a pain of a customer im sure but that's just because I refuse to be tricked into spending my money on items that are not what I'm led to believe im purchasing and won't just keep these items to avoid the hassle of sending them back or needing to spend my limited free time arguing for a refund.). Buyer beware..the jacket you will recieve looks nothing like the pictures because it is a poorly made slightly- similar-style imitation of the jacket pictured.
