Mainstays 12 oz Warming Coffee Mug, Stainless Steel Mug with Warmer Coaster and Lid

I do love this cup, but I gave it four stars only because for some reason they just can't seem to get the rim and the cup to be smooth where it is connected… This is my 2nd cup, so you know I like it… The price far out does the ember which is what I started out with… I can buy four of these cups from what I pay for the ember and it keeps the coffee just as hot… When it's new, it will keep the coffee hot for about an hour and a half and the older the mug gets the less time it will keep it hot… But I still think it's a great value and all-around good cup… Just wish they get that seam a little smoother on the top where your mouth fits to drink…

For the price point this cup works wonderfully. I was considering purchasing the more expensive brand but wanted to try out the product to see if an electric mug is what I truly needed. Pros: keeps coffee hot, easy to operate, easy to clean, lid slides closed to keep heat in, great handle, light indicators for on and charging, outside of the cup does not get hot Cons: fully charged battery only last about 2 hours (this may depend greatly on the temperature setting), sometimes the cup turns off a few minutes after I turn it on.
