I use this regularly because it is priced appropriately for the size of the product and because with regular use, it actually works. I am a coffee and wine drinker and while I go to the dentist regularly, my teeth never seem to "stay white." Using this paste regularly makes my teeth look white without getting a harsh teeth bleaching. I recommend this product, but consistent with using it. It's great for tartar and for sensitive teeth. The flavor is good and, it works.
