This was so easy to put together and is very sturdy. I like how easy it is to adjust the angle of the bench. The padding on the bench is also very good. Great value for the price---had purchased a different one for the same price at a local sporting goods store and had to return it because it was very difficult to adjust it---so glad I found this one!
