love the price love it in bulk love the smell only thing i would change is how yall ship it i ordered bulk 6 shampoos and 6 conditioners yall ship it in a bag so one of the tops was broke off and shampoo was all inside bag covering all other bottles i had to wash them all off it was very messy and bag was heavy so was ripping maybe ship it in a box from now on plz other then that no complaints on product i usually go with another brand but for just 3 is more expensive then the 6 of these so this is definitely my new go to when stocking up

It smells like basic hotel shampoo, not bad but nothing impressive. One thing I didn't like was your either wasting plastic cuz containers too big. That or you're ripping people off cuz you're not filling the bottles even close to the top. I understand you don't want overflow but that's ridiculous. You can't see the contents cuz the bottle is all black. I squeezed the bottle so you could see how much air was pushed out before shampoo came to the top and I used an eyeliner as a dipstick to show fill line. Despite that I will say the value is good but use less plastic to save money, not give me less shampoo.
