It holds more than you expect it to! I bought this with the intention of using it for a conference bag with only a room key, cell phone, schedule, and lipstick inside. I did not expect this to turn into my full time bag as a mom of 4 young kids but it honestly holds pretty much everything I need. :) I added and it held! All the compartments now hold hand sani, headphones, earplugs, a little wallet, pens, markers, 7 lipsticks (don't judge me), car keys, mints, and some times an extra pair of toddler undies for my 3yo. It's great. 👍🏽 PLUS, you can literally just throw it in the washer whenever. It's awesome.

I took this out of the country with me and was able to wear it in front with easy access. It also fit into my carryon bag on the plane so I was able to essentially take extra things. The strap is really long and it does slip after wearing it for a while but definitively worth it.

Works well for storing pet training treats.

I use this for storing cat treats for training and nail clippers and it works well. The pockets are easy to access, and the material is high quality and stands up to kitten bites. The material seems thick enough to keep the treats from going stale, so I can leave them in there for days whilst not training. I love the stretchy band for keeping the desired length in place, and I rolled my strap up and secured it with a little yarn so I can still adjust the length while keeping it in place. The pockets are very spacious, and the main one can fit my Samsung S24 Ultra alongside nail clippers and packaged treats. Overall, there are 5 pockets of varying sizes. This is way cheaper than buying a product that is designated for storing training treats and works just as well for me. I also quite like the shade of green.
