10 pounds of spuds in a 5 pound bag

The cover was too small in circumference to go around the tank. I have a standard 20-pound (or 5-gallon tank) and the Velcro only overlapped less than 3/16 or an inch, not the half inch of Velcro. Additionally my experience is for the material to shrink under as it is exposed to the weather. If it is too small to start with then think about how it will fit a year later. The cover needs to be looser to accommodate the circumference of the tank and the two 1/4-in hold down rods that keep the tank on the trailer. I returned it for a refund as it was unusable to me.
