My son has been really into robots for awhile now. He had been talking about wanting it for quite awhile...so i had a few tasks that needed to be done around the house and yard and also took on a side job to clean up, mow, weedwack a mutual friends large yard which hadnt been maintained for quite awhile...so i made a deal with my kid that he had some jobs to do helping me with things as well as a few weeks of chores around the house to earn getting the robot! He did great and worked pretty dang hard the last few weeks and he was SOOO happy when i handed him the box to open! He hasnt stopped playing with it for 2 days so far!

we've been through several robot toys, and not only do they break easily but they don't do anything super exciting. this one has such an amazing design, perfect amount of movement/lights, and somehow has comforting Tetris-like music without irritating prases or voices that get stuck in my head. it's also loud enough in more than one direction, that helps keep it from becoming annoying.
