I purchased this rug from Hayneedle because it was the only place online that listed it as available. I was told that it would ship out within 24 hours. After 72 hours without any shipping notification, I called back twice. Customer service was very friendly and gave me 10% off for inconvenience. At that call was told that it was in stock from manufacturer and would be shipped out that day. The next day I received an email that the item was on back order and would not ship out for another several weeks. I paid much more through Hayneedle -well over $150 than other sites because they listed it as in stock-had I known- I would have ordered elsewhere. The rug is stunning in my space...and the quality is fantastic. I ordered it in the khaki-which is actually more of a neutral lighter tone on tone gray. Overall the rug is beautiful but only giving 4 stars due to expense and the delay of shipping.
