It's exactly what I wanted. Great for exercising on hardwood floors, Soft enough to cushion knees %26 elbows, stiff enough to avoid compressing flat. I even cut off about 18 inches to fit in my room better (I'm not real big, so it still works for me) and the cut off part is a handy knee pad for use anywhere!

Very comfortable. An inch thick. Made of foam. Very long and the right size for average person. Happy about it. The only thing I couldn't figure out was the straps. I wasn't sure how to use them. There were no instructions. I like that I can lie in front of the TV and do my exercises.

Cons: It slides on the wood floor. : It squeaks a bit during some positions. Overall- I needed the padding for my spine and hips and this is just what these old bones needed.
