Send item to wrong store for replacement

I ordered this item, it came quickly, but one of the tablets didn't work when I pressed the clear button if it was set on lock or unlocked, or when I change the battery. I did a return, but unfortunately, I did it on the Amazon app, %26 dropped it off at UPS, instead of Walmart. The next day after realizing my mistake, %26 calling Amazon, I was told there was no way for them to track it. they had already sent me a tablet screen protector replacement in return of me sending the wrong item to them instead of Walmart.
