I received the box and it was not in the best of shapes. However, I hopped that was just the box. Once inside, the styrofoam was desintigrated. the parts and screws were all on a bag that was manually tied and had the feel of an item that had either been returned or previously used. The pieces where not cracked, but the did have some rusty streaks that did not seem to belong with the stained glass. I could have over looked all of this except for the fact that it did not include an instruction manual and there were several screws and hooks that were missing. There could have been more items missing, but without a manual, there was no way to determine what could be missing. Becuase of the shape in which I found this item, I just decided to return the item, as I felt pretty strongly that I could have been sold a previously returned item. I did give two stars only becuase this item had been directly sent from the manufacturer which hayneede could not know of the condition of this delivery. Also, hayneedle's customer service was A+. Though this item was not in good order, I would purchase from Hayneedle again only becuase of thier customer service.
