Amazing lung-strengthener! (I'm not a doctor)

I started taking NAC on the advice of a doctor in our family because coughs tend to linger when I get sick and its hard for me to get rid of them. Since starting daily NAC I have had no regular colds or flu, but did catch COVID and recovered pretty quickly. I live in a high-allergen area and it seems to help with those too.

I saw a Physician on the news, state that NAC with Vitamin D, could have reduced COVID Fatalities dramatically, by reducing the clotting in the Lung Tissue and helping maintain and expand lung capacity. Since starting the use of NAC in combination with D, my lung capacity has improved, and I can now swim 25 yard laps on a single breath. I will tka e NAC for the rest of my life.
