Sauder Two-Door Storage Cabinet , Rural Pine Finish

First of all I am blown away by the quality. It looks and feels more expensive than it was. Secondly, I'd like to address the problem some people had with hanging the doors. if you find that the holes don't line up for the hinges, you have the door upside down and on the wrong side (ex. trying to hang door on left side and it won't line up, turn it the other way around and mount it on the right side of the cabinet.) The other issue I read about was people complained there was a gap around the door, usually between the doors. The instructions are very clear about how to close any gaps when hanging the doors. That brings me to my third point, which is the instructions. I've put together dozens of furniture pieces in my time and the instructions for this piece are definitely in the top 3 greatest of all time. Very clear, detailed, and useful. No regrets on buying this item. I'm a woman and put it together by myself within 2 hours (while watching a little one.) I also love that it includes wall anchors to keep my toddler safe.

Item arrived with one damaged piece, mostly likely from shipping. The shelf piece that was packed on one end was cracked partially. Driver did drop box from truck, so maybe what caused it. I assembled the unit step by step. Everything matched up, and all the pieces were there. Hardware was labeled by number,but pieces of wood were not. Wood needed to be cleaned ause it came with a lot of resido on them. Other than that, it was easy to assemble. If you can put Legos kit together, you can do this. I did need a helper to hold doors when attaching and to carry unit to destination. Im using mine for a second hallway closet since the one in our rental is so small. It looks really nice. Love the depth of it. Can fold blankets and towels in it nicely.
