Every boat owner should have one

While we hope to never have to use this item, its essential to keep on board. Walmart had it the cheapest by far. I shipped it to the local Walmart for free. Should a fitting to a hose come loose or a hose break, this could save your boat. There was an article of items to keep on board for an emergency in our Boat US Magazine. After reading the article we purchased this item.
