Our Extra Strength Pain Relief PM combines acetaminophen and diphenhydramine hydrochloride in a single nighttime formula. Each caplet contains 500 mg acetaminophen to temporarily relieve fever and minor aches and pains. The formula also includes diphenhydramine hydrochloride to support nighttime use. This product is intended for adults and children 12 years and over.
The dual-action formula works as both a pain reliever and a nighttime sleep aid. It provides temporary relief from symptoms such as muscle pain, joint pain, headaches, and arthritis that may interfere with sleep. The sleep aid component is non-habit forming and designed for bedtime use. This combination supports overnight symptom management.
Each bottle contains 365 caplets for long-term supply. Take two caplets at bedtime and do not exceed two caplets in 24 hours. This medicine is aspirin free and intended for nighttime use only. Follow all labeled directions and dosage instructions.
