We are VERY happy with this purchase!! My cats were playing on the pieces before I even had it put together! It took about an hour to assemble for me (I'm not the best with instructions), but did it! All the parts were there with photo guide to help me through. My cats really love it, they sleep on it, play on it, and scratch on it. It's good quality materials, very strong. Shakes a pinch when jumped on, but our cats jump from the ground up to the 3rd tier, dig their claws in, and pull themselves up without any problem. And they love it!! They chase each other all around, up and down.
