It is a one piece with adjustable straps, and since I ordered it online, I didnt know until it was delivered, that it also has fasteners to keep you from having to take it on and off completely, throughout your day or evening while wearing it. I was very happy with that because of how it saves you time, and aggravation lol. It really works well too. It helps to make your tops and your jeans or pants fit better. I am going to buy another one for sure.

Wow! While not the furthest compression I've ever had it was exactly what i needed to pull everything in under a seamless bodycon dress. The fit was just right and didn't strangle my breasts (44H) nor did ut ride uncomfortably in the crotch. Quite the opposite really, the material is butter soft on the skin and feels breathable all over even in 85° weather with 90% humidity.
