Fantastic Support; Great Instructions

The instructions for assembly were clear and totally accurate. One part arrived in a slightly damaged condition. I used the company web site to request a replacement. They very quickly sent me the part I had requested, plus a separate (but similar part). I wondered why they sent the extra part I hadn't asked for -- until I assembled the stand and realized that the second part was also damaged, although very slightly. The two parts were made of the thinnest material in the stand and I gather that the company assumed that if one of these thin parts had been damaged there was a high probability that the other was, too. I was amazed -- they had the foresight to realize that if part #13 had been damaged, then part #14, which was very similar was probably damaged. I hadn't asked for the second replacement because the damage was so small I didn't notice it until I was actually assembling the piece. Now THAT is service!

Great quality peice

This TV stand looks great and is high quality for the price. It took a while to build but the directions we're very easy to follow. I wanted my electronics hidden in the bottom but there were no holes for wires so I used a drill attachment called a hole saw to add one on each side. I love it :)

That you almost don't even need the instructions.

This stand more than met my expectations. All parts were in perfect condition, the labels were clear. After laying the parts out in alphabetical order, it took the two of us less than 45 minutes to put the stand together.It looks great - and our friends are amazed that we were able to purchase such a wonderful product at such a low price. Would definitely recommend!
