A good product with some performance issues

This is a well-made product and performs pretty much as advertised HOWEVER, purchases need to be aware that by using a mount-within-a-mount system they will see a lot of play/movement in the system. In my case that meant that the trailer hitch was fine but that an added bike rack in the upper slot wobbled quite a bit and required extra tie-downs to secure the bikes. Users may also have issues with the amount of clearance between trailers and add-on racks, especially as vehicles are turning and maneuvering to park.
