Took a little getting used to, as only 1 of 3 legs touch the ground when using it as a cane for walking; and opening %26 closing the seat was a bit awkward at first. It is sturdy and has good support, and I bought it because it has a plastic seat that makes it easy and convenient to sit down when you're standing in lines or such.
