Does the best job as far as absorbency and protection overnight for my husband. Have tried other brands but they were not good for overnight. I use another Tena diaper for him during the day and after trying different brands for over four years, I think Tena brand is the best.

These briefs have the most absorbent material of any product I've tried. They are probably least likely to leak. I recommend getting on size bigger than the size chart might indicate.
